The chiropractic doctor seems to think that walking is not painful. I also have a reverse curve in the neck, and the lack of mobility in 3 discs. Raidiates sore lower back and shoulders when you sit back and relax throughout the day. All work takes the occurrence of pain. I use the pull pillows and neck glucosomine and adjustments.
