The best way to find out what size bike fits you best is to by a bike shop in person and a worker, go to the experts in the region in general a good bike for you. Moreover, allowing most sites that I see his test drive various sizes in the situation, causing fits you better and more comfortable ride bike.

Probably a 18-inch frame, but it really depends on the scope of the handlebars. You can use the rear seats up and down your leg length a lot, but you are, how much you can move the seat and handlebar limited for yuor body and arm length. You do not want too much weight forward on his hands. Go try several brands of bicycles, because they are slightly different in size and brand you can fit better than the others.

Good luck and happy riding

PS do not forget to include you, the price of a helmet in his budget

go to your local store, talk to someone there and put on one years free cycling and should be a picture of the size of the bike man .. I remember every bike is a DIF. Graphics size for a small or 15 could make up to big or small in any other brand
