Legal Topless 16 If Someone Is Spreading A Topless Photo Of Me Can I Take Legal Action?

If someone is spreading a topless photo of me can i take legal action? - legal topless 16

If I was drunk and I mean really drunk the night before had gone with some friends and I took my size for a challenge, and someone has a picture of her and threatens to spread. Ive been really sick this year, have schizophrenia and have gone through a difficult period and do not really need, I know not what to do when he came. I'm 16 and live in the United Kingdom to sue?

Yes, you can sue.

Duh. The child pornography is spreading illegally. Inform the police if you wish. Whether you have schizophrenia, child pornography is illegal, and you get in trouble for distribution.

I know nothing about the action know, but I do not agree with the answer mark. 16, the legal retirement age in the United Kingdom (16 is not a child in the United Kingdom), so that it would be child pornography. I think you can inform the police if to blackmail you.

simple police report - then you're not even need to go the process of legal action. That is enough to frighten them - **&** RDS!
